In this writ petition, the petitioner questions the action of respondent No.1 - Bank in promoting respondent No.3 on out-of-turn basis through proceedings dated 29.01.2005. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the matter has become infructuous.

The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
