This criminal petition under Sections 437 and 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure is filed by the petitioner/A.2 seeking bail in crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the RGI Airport Police Station, Shamshabad Division, Cyberabad, registered for the offence under Section 13(1)(a)(b) of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act, Section 153(a) IPC and Section 66(1) of the Information Technology Act.

Heard and perused.

The allegation against the petitioner/A.2 herein is that he used to motivate and indoctrinate gullible Muslim youth from India by posting videos of ISIS activities and projecting them as true representatives of Islam.

Considering the fact that the remand report also indicates that the petitioner/A.2 has committed the offences under Section 13(1)(a)(b) of the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act and Section 153(a) IPC, this Court is not inclined to grant bail in these types of cases.
