THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.2479 OF 2017 ORDER:

This revision is petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, challenging the order dated 11.02.2014 in I.A.No.85 of 2014 in A.S.No.44 of 2014 passed by the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, on various grounds. It is the contention of the learned counsel for the petitioner that, it is a matter of demolition of certain constructions. But, whether it is demolition or otherwise is not a ground. Further, an order was passed in I.A.No.85 of 2014 in A.S.No.44 of 2014 directing both parties to maintain status quo over the petition schedule property till 24.02.2014. But the petition was not disposed of by the Appellate Court till today. Therefore, in view of the urgency, the XI Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad, is directed to decide I.A.No.85 of 2014 in A.S.No.44 of 2014, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than one (1) month from today. With the above observation, civil revision petition is disposed of.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand closed. No costs.
