O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed seeking a writ in the nature of writ of certiorari by calling the records pertaining to the registration of Crime No.483 of 2015 of Krishna Lanka Police Station, Vijayawada city as illegal and arbitrary.

2. Heard the arguments of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that investigation has been completed in this matter and the cause is not surviving and the writ petition became infructuous.

4. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

5. As a sequel, miscellaneous petition if any pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
