THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE NOOTY RAMAMOHANA RAO TRANSFER CRIMINAL PETITION NO. 276 OF 2013 ORDER:

This transfer criminal is filed seeking transfer of the Sessions Case No.19 of 2006 pending on the file of the learned Assistant Sessions Judge, Mahabubabad, to any other Court at Warangal. At my request, the learned Public Prosecutor has ascertained as to the stage at which the case is pending. The learned Public Prosecutor informs me that, in fact the matter is posted on 26.06.2015 for arguments.

Therefore, I do not consider that ends of justice would be served at all by transferring this criminal petition from out of the Sessions Court at Mahabubabad.

Hence, this criminal petition is dismissed.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending shall also stand dismissed.
