This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in Crime No.613 of 2012 on the file of the L.B.Nagar L.&O. Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447 and 427 I.P.C.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that the petitioner/accused was already acquitted by the competent Court and hence nothing survives for adjudication in the Criminal Petition. Recording the above submission, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
