This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order dt.19.12.2013 in W.P. No.37171 of 2013.

After arguing the case, Mr. R.K. Suri, learned counsel for the petitioner, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the contempt case with liberty to his client to avail appropriate legal remedy against order dt.28.6.2016 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Gurajala, Guntur District.
