THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO WRIT PETITION No.36230 of 2014 ORDER :

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the respondents in not releasing the petitioner's retirement benefits i.e., Gratuity and Leave Encashment and not allowing the petitioner to operate his SB Account No.210922010001970 in Jangaon Branch as well as R.D. Amount on the ground of Stop Order issued by the 2nd respondent vide Memo dated 05.09.2013 as illegal and violation of Articles 14 and 300-A of Constitution of India and violation of principles of natural justice and consequently to direct the respondents to release and pay the above amounts and to allow him to operate his SB account and R.D Account to withdraw the salary amount.

2. When the matter is taken up for consideration learned Standing counsel for the respondents submits that as per the interim directions of this Court all the amounts payable to the petitioner were already settled and therefore no further orders are required in this writ petition.

3. Having regard to the said statement, the writ petition is disposed of as no further orders are required. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
