No representation on behalf of the appellant on 10.10.2017 and 31.10.2017. Today also, no representation on behalf of the appellant even though the matter is listed under the caption 'for dismissal.' It seems that the appellant is not interested to prosecute the matter.

Hence, the Second Appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Second Appeal shall stand closed.
