HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE V.RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HON'BLE MS. JUSTICE J. UMA DEVI Writ Petition No.27913 of 2018 ORDER: (V. Ramasubramanian, J) It is stated by Mr. K. Lakshmi Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioner, that pursuant to the interim order passed by this Court, the application of the petitioner was received and he was permitted to participate in the counseling. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition. Hence, the writ petition is closed. If the petitioner has already got admission to MBBS Course, the same may be confirmed. If he has not got a seat in MBBS, may be permitted to appear for BDS counseling. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
