HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR CONTEMPT CASE No. 2206 of 2013 ORDER:

The present Contempt Case came to be filed to punish the respondents for violation of the order dated 15.10.2012 passed in W.P.M.P.No.41096 of 2012 in W.P.No.32233 of 2012.

At the time when the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that W.P.No.32233 of 2012 was disposed of on 26.06.2015 giving a direction to the petitioner to approach the competent civil Court. In view of the above, this Court is of the opinion that nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is dismissed. No order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Contempt Case shall stand closed.
