This revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the decree and order dated 31.07.2017 in I.A.No.101 of 2017 in I.A.No.769 of 2010 in O.S.No.340 of 2009 on the file of the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kothagudem, Khammam District.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the parties have settled the matter outside the Court.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
