HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.28139 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the order in No.Dy.Sup(P)/140(48)/2016-POI, dated 16-06-2016, wherein the name of the petitioner for appointment of RTC Constable on compassionate grounds on the ground that petitioner was short of height prescribed for the post of RTC Constable. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents can consider the case of the petitioner for any other suitable post.

Heard Sri P.Durga Prasad, learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

In view of the same, let the petitioner make fresh representation to the respondents requesting the authorities for any alternative employment. On making such application, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the case of the petitioner for any alternative employment and take action accordingly.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
