Sri Anirudh Reddy, learned counsel, representing Sri T.Pradyumna Kumar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case, as there is an issue with regard to the maintainability of the Criminal Revision Case. 2.

Recording the said submission, permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Revision Case, shall stand closed.
