THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY A.S.M.P.No.3293 of 2017 IN/AND APPEAL SUIT No.748 of 2013 JUDGMENT:

This appeal is filed by the defendant, under Section 96 of CPC, assailing the decree and judgment dated 29.11.2012 in O.S.No.997 of 2008 on the file of the Court of IX Additional District Judge, (FTC) Rangareddy district at L.B.Nagar, wherein and whereby the suit filed by the plaintiff for recovery of money was decreed.

A.S.M.P.No.3293 of 2017 is filed by the petitionerappellant to permit her to compromise the matter with the respondent in terms of the Memorandum of compromise. Petitioner and the respondent are present in the open Court. KSmt. A. Anitha, Advocate representing Sri D. Goverdhanachary, learned counsel for the petitioners identified petitioner in the open Court. Mr. U. Santosh Kumar, Advocate representing Sri S.Sridhar, learned counsel for the respondent, identified respondent in the open Court. Heard the learned counsel for both the parties and perused the record. This Court read over and explained conditions of the Memorandum of Compromise to the petitioner and respondent in Telugu and they admitted the same. The petitioner and respondent, in the open Court,

submitted that they entered into compromise to put an end to the litigation at the advice of the elders.

Accordingly, A.S.M.P.No.3293 of 2017 is allowed. Consequently, the appeal is disposed of, in terms of the compromise. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed.
