THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA CRIMINAL PETITION No.1303 of 2017 ORDER:

Sri D.Raghavulu, learned counsel for the petitioner, having argued elaborately, when the Court declined to grant the relief and intended to dictate the order, seeks permission to withdraw the petition. Even otherwise, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given specimen hand-writings on 10.02.2017 pursuant to issue of bailable warrant on 04.02.2017, as he was not present in complying with the direction of the learned Magistrate.

Permission is granted.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
