THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 28134 of 2018 ORDER:

In view of the representation made by the Assistant Government Pleader that vide resolution dated 26.02.2018, the Gram Panchayat granted permission for construction of cell tower, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the Writ Petition, with a liberty to file a fresh writ petition questioning the action of the Gram Panchayat in granting permission.

Permission as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to avail the remedies available under law. As a sequel thereto, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand dismissed.
