THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO Criminal Petition No.2815 of 2012 ORDER :

When the matter was called on 23.06.2015, there was no representation on behalf of petitioners, hence, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption 'for dismissal'. Even today, in spite of the matter being listed under the caption 'for dismissal', there is no representation on behalf of petitioners. It appears that petitioners are not interested in prosecuting the matter.

2. Hence, the Criminal Petition is dismissed for default. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in the Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
