ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging willful disobedience of order, dated 20.01.2014, in Writ Petition No.941 of 2014.

At the hearing, Sri K.Ramamohan Mahadeva, the learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that after the filing of this Contempt Case, the respondent has complied with the order of this Court by disposing of the appeal filed by the petitioner.

In view of this subsequent event, the Contempt Case is closed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy, in the event, she feels aggrieved by the order passed by the respondent.
