JUDGMENT:

This appeal arises out of judgment and decree, dated 31.12.2014, in O.S.No.100 of 2009 on the file of the Principal District Judge,

Warangal.

The appellant as well as his counsel have filed memo, dated 16.04.2015, wherein it is stated that after the appeal is filed, the appellant has entered into compromise with the respondent, as per which, he has paid a sum of Rs.19 lakhs to the respondent and the latter has agreed not to press the decree in O.S.No.100 of 2009 against the appellant. The appellant has, accordingly, requested for permission to withdraw the appeal.

In view of the same, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. As a sequel to dismissal of the appeal, ASMP.No.341 of 2015 of 2015 filed by the appellant for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
