Sri M.Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that in the light of the subsequent developments, the cause in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

The writ petition is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. Interim order dated 05.06.2014 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
