This revision petition is filed by the petitioner under Article 227 of the Constitution of India questioning the order dated 15.04.2014 in C.M.A.No.20 of 2014 on the file of the VII Additional District Judge (FTC), Visakhapatnam.

As per office note, the suit O.S.No.35 of 2014 was dismissed on 31.03.2016.

In view of the office note, no further orders are necessary in this revision petition.
