HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27877 OF 2018 O R D E R :

The grievance of the petitioner is that he filed revision before the 1st respondent against the order dated 07.03.2018 in CMA.No.43/2014 along with stay application, as no orders are passed in the said revision, present writ petition is filed. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that by virtue of the orders dated 07.03.2018 in CMA.No.43/2014, the respondent authorities are trying to evict the petitioner. Heard learned Assistant Government Pleader for Social Welfare.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the 1st respondent is directed to dispose of the revision filed by the petitioner, in accordance with law. Pending disposal of the revision, Status quo obtaining as on today shall be maintained regarding possession.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
