THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.12914 of 2014 O R D E R:
This writ petition is filed for the following relief: .....to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in failing to consider the representation of the Petitioner for grant of police protection to peacefully conduct and perform the religious activities, which includes the construction and renovation of the Temple and to enable the Petitioner Trust's Swamijis and Devotees to enter into the Temple situate at Swayambhu Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy Kshetram, Hare Krishna Movement, Road No 12, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad and to continue with the activities in the Temple as being illegal. arbitrary and violation of Articles 14, 21 and 300A of Constitution of India and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.
1 and 2 to provide protection to the Temple and the Petitioner to enable to peacefully conduct and perform the religious activities which includes the construction and renovation of the Temple... On 24.04.2014, this Court passed the following interim order: "Notice before admission returnable by 09.06.2014. Learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to take out notice to the respondents by registered post with acknowledgment due by supplying the entire paper book in the writ petition and file proof of service into the Registry. On 02.05.2014, the Inspector of Police, Banjarahills Police Station may provide adequate police force at the temple to ensure that no incident of the past get recurred. Post on 09.06.2014 in the motion list."
As there being no changed circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that the interim order should be treated as a final order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of the interim order.
