HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.10274 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the 5th respondent in not receiving the documents sought to be presented by the petitioner in favour of third parties in respect of land to an extent of Ac.03-62 cents in Sy.No.108, situated in Mopadu Village, Kandukuru Mandal, Prakasam District and insisting upon production of "No Objection Certificate" from the respondents 1 and 2 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to register and release the documents for the above said land presented by the petitioner.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue says that the lis in the writ petition is squarely covered by Full Bench order of this Court in Vinjamuri Rajagopala Chary v. State of A.P. rep. by its Principal Secretary, Revenue Department and others[1] in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of in terms of order dated 23-12-2015 in W.A.No.343 of 2015 and Batch. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
