THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE K.SURENDER CRIMINAL PETITION No.13211 OF 2o24 ORDER:
This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.') by the petitioner/A2, to quash the proceedings in CC.No.346 of 2022 on the file of Judicial First Class Magistrate. The offences alleged against the petitioner are under Sections 42O and 406 r/w.34 of the Indian Penal Code 2.
None appears for the petitioner. As seen from the proceeding sheet, earlier also there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner.
3. In the said circumstances this Court is not inclined to keep the petition pending. Accordingly, the Criminal Petrtion is dismissed for non-prosecution. However, the petitioner is at libert5' to file fresh petition, if so advised.
