HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.27883 OF 2018 O R D E R :

This writ petition is filed challenging the action of the respondents 2 and 3 in not including the petitioners' school of nursing in the admission notification vide Rc.No.28674/MN1/2018, dated 27.07.2018 for admitting the students for the academic year 2018-2019.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health submits that though the 1st respondent after considering the report of the High Power Committee, issued G.O.s vide G.O.Ms.Nos.70, 69 and 68 respectively, dated 05-06-2018, according permission to the petitioners to start the School of Nursing, since petitioners have not made proper application and paid the inspection fees, the 3rd respondent could not take any action.

Learned Counsel for the petitioners states that petitioners will make application in prescribed format along with inspection fees. In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to make fresh application in prescribed format along with inspection fees to 3rd respondent and on such application being made the 3rd respondent is to consider the same and take action, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
