This court by interim order dated 24.04.2012, suspended the order of transfer. Consequently, petitioner continued in the same station where he was working. Petitioner cannot seek to continue forever in the same station. Therefore, the writ petition is dismissed, leaving it open to the respondents to transfer the petitioner in the exigency of service.
