HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T. SUNIL CHOWDARY TRANSFER C.M.P.No.597 of 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 24 C.P.C., to withdraw F.C.O.P.No.78 of 2014 from the file of the Family Court-cum-Additional District Judge, at Karimnagar, and transfer the same to the Family Court, at Nalgonda, for disposal in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the petition, the parties entered into a compromise and no further orders need be passed in this petition.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
