THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.2880 of 2004 ORDER:

The writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the order of the respondent passed in Memo No.48908/OP/A3/03 dated 24.01.2004 as illegal and arbitrary and consequently direct the respondent to continue the petitioner in service till the date of attaining superannuation and to pass such other necessary orders.

At the time of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that by virtue of interim orders of this Court dated 17.02.2004, the petitioner continued in service till she attains the age of superannuation.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, no further orders are necessary in this writ petition. Hence, the Writ Petition is closed.
