Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter, dated 28.01.2020 before the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. 2.

From the perusal of the said letter, it is revealed that the petitioners instructed their counsel to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the Telangana Endowments Tribunal.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and in the light of letter, dated 28.01.2020, filed by the petitioners, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to initiate appropriate proceedings before the Telangana Endowments Tribunal.
