THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.1171 OF 2014 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure (Cr.P.C.) to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.1019 of 2013 on the file of the X Metropolitan Magistrate, Malkajgiri, arising out of offences under Sections 420, 380, 384, 448, 506(2) read with Section 34 IPC. Though the criminal petition pertains to 2014, there is no interim order in favour of the petitioners. When the case is called, learned counsel for the petitioners is absent and there is no representation, though the matter relates to 2014. Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed for default/nonprosecution. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending, shall stand closed.
