O R D E R

Aggrieved by the action of 3rd respondent - Station House Officer, Jammikunta Police Station, Karimnagar Commissionerate, in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 29.07.2018 and conducting investigation, the present writ petition is filed. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the 3rd respondent, denying the allegation of the petitioner, and stating that the complaint of the petitioner was enquired into and the same was found to be purely of civil in nature and the notice in this regard was sent to the petitioner by registered post on 09.08.2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioner did not dispute the same. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternative remedies available under law.
