THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO.1044 OF 2012 ORDER:

This civil revision petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India challenging the order in C.M.A.No.20 of 2010 dated 26.12.2011, which was filed aggrieved by the order in I.A.No.623 of 2010 in O.S.No.187 of 2010.

However, it is informed by the office of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Tirupati that O.S.No.187 of 2010 was disposed 12.10.2015. Hence, in view of the disposal of the suit, the present civil revision petition has become infructuous. In the result, the civil revision petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous applications pending if any, shall also stand dismissed.
