THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27894 of 2018 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up, it is brought to the notice of this Court that in similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.22774 of 2018 on 09.07.2018. A copy of the said Order is filed along with writ material papers. The said order reads as under:

"The grievance of the petitioners in the present Writ Petition is that the respondents are pressurizing the petitioners to give consent and hand over the subject properties without recourse to law.

On the other hand, it is submitted by the learned Standing Counsel for the respondentCorporation that if the private properties of the petitioners are required, and if the petitioners are not interested in giving consent, the respondents herein will proceed in accordance with the provisions of the Land Acquisition Act.

Above submission of the learned Standing Counsel is recorded and the Writ Petition is accordingly disposed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous Petitions, if any, shall stand disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs."

In view of the same, there shall following similar Order in this case also. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending consideration, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
