This Criminal Revision Case is fiIed under Sections 397 and 4Ol Cr.P.C., to set aside the order dated 17.O3.2O12 in ,t D.V.C.No.4 of 2072 on the file of Court of XIV Special Magistrate, Hyderabad, in confirming the interim maintenance by dismissing the Criminal Appeal vide Judgment in Crl.A.No.32O of 2072 on the file of V Additional Metropolitan Sessions Judge, (Mahila Court) at Hyderabad.

A perusal of the docket proceedings shows that there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 14.06.2023 and 28.06.2023.
