HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITION No.34080 of 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent Nos.2 and 3 in not paying amounts to the petitioner as illegal and arbitrary.

At the time of arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the remedies available to him under law. Permission is accorded. In the result, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, granting the liberty as prayed for. No order as to costs. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
