THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CRIMINAL PETITION NO.4755 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in Crime No. 80 of 2013 of Women Police Station, Kurnool. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners.

Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh represented that the accused were deleted from crime by the Sub-Divisional Police Officer through proceedings dated 25-10-2014 and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
