This writ petition is filed challenging the inaction of the third respondent in not receiving the complaint submitted by the petitioner on 13.01.2017. However, during the pendency of the present writ petition, the petitioner submitted fresh complaint and the same was registered as crime No.106 of 2017.

In view of the same, no orders are necessary in the present writ petition.
