This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C seeking to withdraw O.S.No.184 of 2013, pending on the file of the III Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad and transfer the same to Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Secunderabad.

Learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the suit was dismissed on 12.10.2017.

In view of dismissal of the suit, no further orders are necessary in this petition.

Accordingly, the Tr.CMP is closed. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this petition shall stand closed.
