THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY A.S.M.P.No. 1510 OF 2015 IN/AND A.S.No. 1468 OF 2003 COMMON JUDGMENT:

Both the parties are present and they are identified by their respective counsel. The contents of the memorandum of compromise are read over to the parties and they admitted that they voluntarily entered into the compromise.

In view of the compromise arrived between the parties, I find that it is a fit case to record the compromise by exercising power under Order XXIII Rule 3 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the petition is ordered. In view of the orders passed in A.S.M.P.No. 1510 of 2015, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise. Pending miscellaneous petitions in this appeal, if any, shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
