HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CONTEMPT CASE No.516 of 2016 ORDER:

This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of orders passed by this Court in WP.No.13028 of 2015, dated 29-04-2015. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will submit necessary documents in respect of subject property before the 2nd respondent.

Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submits that the same will be considered and necessary action will be taken.

In view of the same, the Contempt Case is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to submit application along with necessary documents and on such application, the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the same and take action in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of making application.
