O R D E R

This criminal petition was filed by A.2 in Crime No.53 of 2015 on the file of the Chinnakodur Police Station, Medak District, to quash the proceedings therein under Section 482 CrPC.

While so, the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, State of Telangana, would inform this Court that a charge-sheet had already been laid in relation to this crime before the learned Judicial First Class Magistrate, Siddipet, and was taken on file in C.C.No.289 of 2015. In the light of this development, this case, as framed, no longer survives for adjudication on merits.

The criminal petition is accordingly dismissed leaving it open to the petitioner/A.2 to take appropriate measures, if she so chooses, in relation to the later development in the form of filing of a charge-sheet against her before the competent criminal Court.
