HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO CONTEMPT CASE No.2511 OF 2015 ORDER:

Sri D. Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, addressed a Letter dt.22.1.2017 to the Registrar (Judicial) seeking permission of this Court to withdraw Contempt Case stating that he has received instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the matter. This was reiterated in the Court.

Permission is accorded and accordingly the Contempt Case is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the Contempt Case shall stand closed.
