ORDER:

This writ petition is filed for a mandamus to declare the inaction of respondent No.2 in considering the petitioners' representation, dated 11.12.2015, for formation of Kanchara Palem Gram Panchayat by bifurcating the existing Utukur Gram Panchayat, as illegal and arbitrary.

After hearing the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Panchayat Raj and Rural Development (AP) appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3, this Court is of the opinion that the grievance of the petitioners would stand redressed if respondent Nos.1 and 2 consider their representation. Accordingly, respondent No.2 is directed to consider the petitioners' representation, dated 11.12.2015, and forward its remarks to respondent No.1, upon which, respondent No.1 shall take an appropriate decision thereon and communicate the same to the petitioners. This entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Subject to the above directions, the Writ Petition is disposed of. As a sequel to disposal the writ petition, W.P.M.P.No.2186 of 2016 filed by the petitioners for interim relief shall stand disposed of as infructuous.
