This petition is filed under Section 24 of CPC to club O.S.No.93 of 2010 pending on the file of IV Addl. District Judge, Kakinada and try along with O.S.No.64 of 2010 on the file the IV Addl. District Judge, Kakinada and dispose of the suits by common order.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the transfer C.M.P. with liberty to the petitioner to avail all the remedies available to her under law including filing of the similar type of petition before the appropriate Court.

3. Permission as sought for is accorded.

4. Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. No costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this petition shall stand closed. _____________________ T.SUNIL CHOWDARY, J.
