HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WP No.24130 of 2017 ORDER:

It is the case of the petitioner that he is working as Senior Assistant Public Prosecutor at I Addl. Judicial First Class Magistrate, Warangal since 2012. He was transferred and posted to Nagar Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar as Additional Public Prosecutor Grade -II on 15.11.2016 vide G.O.Rt.No.1366. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is suffering with knee pain as well as fits and he was advised to take follow up treatment for two years at Life Line Hospital, Hanamkonda, Warangal District and that he is going to retire July, 218, as such, he made representation dated 26.08.2016 to the 1st respondent to transfer him to Principal Assistant Sessions Court, Warangal in the event of his promotion. But the respondents without considering the same, transferred the petitioner to Nagar Kurnool, Mahaboobnagar. Aggrieved by the same, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services.

Since the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2016 is stated to be pending, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the competent authority is directed to consider the aforesaid representation of the

petitioner in accordance with law and take action within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
