Today also, when the matter is called, present none for the writ petitioner and there is no representation on his behalf both in the pre-lunch as well as post-lunch sessions. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
