Aggrieved by the action of 5th respondent - Station House Officer, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad, in not registering the crime based on the complaint of the petitioner dated 01.08.2018 and conducting investigation, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home produced written instructions of the Sub Inspector of Police, Gachibowli Police Station, Cyberabad Commissionerate, stating that the complaint of the petitioner was registered as a case in FIR. No.629 of 2018, and taken up the investigation. Recording the statement made in the written instructions, writ petition is disposed of.
