THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAJA ELANGO CRIMINAL PETITION No.10702 of 2015 ORDER:

This Criminal Petition is filed by A.2 & A.5 under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to quash the proceedings in Crime No.370 of 2014 on the file of Nampally Police Station, Hyderabad City for the offence punishable under Section 420 IPC. Heard.

The petitioners have already obtained anticipatory bail from this Court. On perusal of the entire material available on record, prima facie there are some allegations as against the petitioners and this is a matter which has to be investigated into by the police. Hence, this Court is not inclined to quash the impugned proceedings at this stage. However, the grounds now raised by the petitioners can be considered by the investigating agency at the time of investigation and the respondent-police shall complete the investigation and file the final report, if any, in accordance with law.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is disposed of. Miscellaneous Petitions filed in this Criminal Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
